Bamboo Beach, located in the northern part of Pattaya in the Naklua area, is an extension of the popular Wongamat Beach. Despite its name, there are no bamboo thickets on the coastline. Palm trees and deciduous trees grow along the coast, providing abundant shade. The entry into the water is shallow, the depth increases gradually. Strong waves are rare even in windy weather and the monsoon season. The shore is covered with golden sand mixed with fine shell rock. The bottom is sandy, without holes and sharp drops, sometimes stones and algae are found. The swimming area is fenced with pontoons.
