Khirikhan — is a western province of Thailand between Gulf of Siam and border with Myanmar. The main tourist attraction is a luxury coastal resort Hia Hin located 270 km to Bangkok airport Suvarnabhumi.
The capital of Prachuap Khiri Khan is the town the same name, which is a quiet fishing port located 80 km south to Hua Hin. Khiri Khan town is the narrowest point of Thailand, around just 10 kilometers wide from the Gulf of Siam to Myanmar.
Prachuap Khrikhan is well-known for its nice sandy beaches and bays, while its western part nearby Myanmar consists of mountains and forests mostly.
